And these eastern martial arts all have deep spiritual or religious roots. The main religions they are related to are Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism. Many people decided to ignore this fact and continue practicing martial arts.
People who had practiced or study qigong know that qigong is close related to Eastern religions. There are many similarity or common points between the qigong theories and doctrines of Buddhism and Taoism. Many elements in qigong were actually spiritual trainings in those religions. There is only one true way to get to God. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the father but by Him. Before Jesus' death and resurrection, only the Israelite had a covenant with God and only they knew God. But after Jesus was born and was crucified and risen from the dead, his blood washed away every one's sin which was the only thing that kept God and man apart. The only thing we need to do is believe in Jesus and accept Him as our personal savior.
